Mixtape: Fran-P "Mutations"


Back on May 11, 2013, The Arcitype dropped Evolution, a 10-track beat tape produced in under 8 hours at the Annie Mulz storefront in Boston, MA. Fran-P has taken that beat tape and turned it into the album, Mutation. Writing and recording each song in the same order The Arcitype had produced them, Fran-P knocked all 10 beats one by one in roughly a 2 month period.

Formula 14 Hip Hop Showcase and Food Drive: Friday, July 26th


The Formula 14 Hip Hop showcase & Food Drive is scheduled for Friday, July 26th at the Elks Lodge (40 Oak St. Peabody, MA) and will feature some of the areas most talented artists, DJ's and performers.

This event is brought to you by Wreck Shop Movement; whose primary goal is to strengthen the Hip Hop community while contributing to the greater good. This is their 3rd show at the Elks Lodge since moving the showcase to the North Shore and with each show the crowd size has been growing. The movement is about creating opportunities for people to have fun, feel good and experience the better part of Hip Hop culture. For every non perishable food item brought to the show a raffle ticket will be given to the donor. Throughout the night raffle tickets will be pulled and various prizes will be given away including CD's, T Shirts, art and more! Food donations will support Haven From Hunger in Peabody.

Tickets are $10 in advance or $5 at the door before 9:30. 21+ event with ID.

This whole project is held together with cohesive organic sound through the use of funky guitars, melodic keys and solid drums.
